By accessing or using Renderly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Renderly provides an AI-powered room visualization widget that contractors can embed on their websites. End users upload photos of rooms, and the Service generates AI-rendered visualizations showing potential design changes. The Service also collects lead information and delivers it to the respective contractor.

3. User Accounts & Access

Contractors who sign up for Renderly are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive visualizations intended to defraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal widget usage

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Renderly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transform the image for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated visualizations are provided for personal and business reference only and may not be represented as actual photographs.

6. AI-Generated Content

Visualizations generated by Renderly are AI-produced approximations and should not be treated as guarantees of actual results. Colors, textures, and proportions in rendered images may differ from real-world outcomes. Renderly is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated visualizations.

7. Lead Data & Privacy

Contractors who receive lead data through Renderly agree to handle that data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. You may not sell, share, or misuse lead information collected through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Renderly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renderly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
